Refund Policy

At Figurement, we aim to provide a high-quality service that meets your expectations. If you’re unsatisfied, please contact our support team at support@figurement.com.

1. Subscription Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided that:

  • You have not used the Service in a way that violates our Terms of Service
  • You request the refund in writing within the 14-day period

After this period, subscription payments are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used periods.

3. Payment Disputes

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
